1. Eligibility

• The 5% cashback program applies to all eligible orders placed directly on bycici.com.

• Cashback is calculated only on the total value of products after all discounts have been applied and before shipping fees, taxes and duties.

2. Cashback Value and Issuance

• For each eligible order, customers receive 5% of the final product subtotal as cashback.

• Cashback is issued in the form of a unique discount code.

• The cashback code is sent automatically in the order confirmation email once the order is successfully placed and paid.

3. How To Use The Cashback Code

• The cashback code can be used on a future order at bycici.com.

• The code is applied at checkout and will be deducted from the order total.

• The cashback code can be used together with other promotions and discount codes available on the website, unless otherwise stated in specific campaign terms.

• Only one cashback code can be used per order.

4. Validity And Limitations

• Each cashback code is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

• Cashback codes are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cashback cannot be reissued if the code is lost, shared with others or misused.

• Cashback cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

5. Exchanges And Store Credit

• If an order is exchanged and converted fully into store credit, the cashback code linked to that order will be automatically cancelled and cannot be used.

• If only part of the order is returned or exchanged, CICI reserves the right to adjust or cancel the corresponding cashback value where applicable.

6. Changes To The Program

• CICI reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the 5% cashback program at any time without prior notice.

• In case of any dispute, CICI’s decision will be final.
